If you're looking for just a couple sessions with an experienced trainer to set you up with an effective fitness training program and nutrition plan to do on your own, this is the program for you!  This personal training package is packed with value and you'll be set up with everything you need to take your fitness & health to the next level. 

 

JumpStart will re-motivate and inspire you and give you some new ideas to make your workouts fun again. In addition to a personalized fitness program, JumpStart includes fitness testing and/or measurements to monitor your progress, goal setting, and nutrition guidance.  

​Because this program covers a lot in only 2 sessions, it's recommended for people who already have some experience with strength training. If you're a beginner but interested in a JumpStart package, ask me how it can be customized to better suit your needs.

JumpStart Includes All of the Following within 2 Sessions (60-90 min. each):

  • Initial Consultation 

  • Futrex 5000 Infra-Red Body Composition Testing & Measurements

  • Fitness Testing  

  • Goal Setting

  • Personalized Written Training Program designed just for you (including cardio training program and strength training program)

  • Personalized Nutrition Program (includes computerized analysis of your current diet, recommendations for changes, sample meal plans & recipes and more)

  • Personal Training Session to demo your new training program

  • Email or phone support to answer any questions as you get started

JumpStart Follow-Up Program (1 session 60-90 min) Includes:

*Recommended every 8 weeks or any time you would like to check your progress and change up your training program.

  • New Written Training Program Design 

  • Fine Tuning your Nutrition Program as needed
