Imagine having a fitter, healthier, stronger, leaner body in just 12 short weeks! When you combine effective goal setting, an efficient training program, the right nutrition plan, progress check-ups, and the extra inspiration, motivation, and accountability that you will get from your trainer, you will get your very best results.  This program will be personalized to suit your unique needs and goals and is a great place to start whether you are at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness level. 

Every person has their own individual goals and their transformation journey will be unique to them, over a 12 or 16 week program, clients typically achieve results such as losing 12-25 lbs of bodyfat and decreasing bodyfat% by 6-10%.  You could also double your strength, take 2 minutes off of your 1.5 mile run time (or similar improvement in walk test score), lost 2-4 inches off of your waist, drastically improve health markers, eat better than ever, and feel and look like a new person!

  • Before & After Fitness Testing (including Futrex 5000 Infra-red body composition testing, and tests measuring cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and strength, flexibility, core fitness)

  • Goal Setting

  • Personalized Written Training Program designed just for you (with new cardio and strength program every 4-6 weeks) so you know what to do on your own in between our sessions.
