What is a TrailFit workout like?
Location and workouts vary frequently to keep things fun and interesting. Outdoor workouts in Maple Ridge take place a beautiful outdoor locations including some favorite parks, forests, and occasionally sports fields.
TrailFit workouts are unlike any other and really turn up your metabolism and burns a crazy amount of calories. A typical 1 hr full body TrailFit workout includes a warm-up & core, 20 min strength training circuit, 20 min cardio training with everyone working at their own pace, and then ends with a cool down.
"Would TrailFit be Right for Me?"
You don't have to be able to run/jog to do a TrailFit workout, but you should be able to at least walk up and down stairs/hills.
Everyone in a TrailFit workout will be able to modify workouts as needed and work at their own perfect pace. TrailFit 1.0 Level Workouts are for beginners and people who are relatively unfit, and TrailFit 2.0 Level Workouts are for people who are starting from an 'average' to 'above average' fitness level. You just start from wherever you are at, and within even a few weeks you'll see a noticeable difference in how you look and feel and measurable improvements in your fitness.
